Placement & Career Guidance Cell

We at Shri Jain Diwakar Mahavidyalaya feel extremely privileged to have been able to provide manpower resources to drive the country’s growth engine. Since the year 2010, the group has placed over 45% to 50% students in various companies.

The Placement Cell organises placement selection for various companies, organisations and institutes. The cell also provides guidance to the students for different competitive exams. There are experts to train the students in communication skills, body language, group discussion and interviews for their job placements.

Objective

How do we do this?

• Maintaining regular interaction with the industry through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, Corporate Meets etc
• Planning and organizing On-Campus as well as Off-Campus recruitment activities
• Providing assistance to the students for completing summer training projects
• Developing database of students and presenting their curriculum to various industries
• Providing management consultancy for students live projects
• Organizing Inter-Cultural exchange with other institutions and industrie

Entrepreneurship Development Cell

This cell is established to teach and encourage the students about self-employment and to develop entrepreneurial skills among them.

Awareness and Outreach:

Workshops and Seminars: Organize workshops and seminars to create awareness about entrepreneurship, startup culture, and the various aspects of starting and running a business.

Guest Lectures: Invite successful entrepreneurs, industry experts, and investors to share their experiences and insights with students.

Skill Development:

Training Programs: Conduct training programs to enhance entrepreneurial skills, including idea generation, business planning, financial management, marketing, and pitching.

Incubation Support: Provide support for incubating startup ideas, guiding students through the process of turning concepts into viable business plans.

Networking Opportunities:

Industry Connect: Facilitate interactions between students and industry professionals, mentors, and potential investors.

Networking Events: Organize events, conferences, and networking sessions to connect aspiring entrepreneurs with like-minded individuals and resources.
